Hi, guys! It’s practice time! This time I made it more challenging for my friends who have more experience with meditative movement. This Flow focuses primarily on opening the hips and strengthening the legs.

🧘‍♀️🙏 YOGA: 30-Minute Fun Flow 🙏🧘‍♀️ Hi, guys! It’s practice time! This time I made it more challenging for my friends who have more experience with meditative movement. This Flow focuses primarily on opening the hips and strengthening the legs. I’m also making this video more fun and interactive for everyone so, I’m announcing the #YogicDistancing Timelapse Video Contest!!! GUIDELINES: 1. Film yourself in TIMELAPSE MODE while practicing this Fun Flow! 2. Post in on your FB page, tag my Facebook page Leona Dinopol, and 3 other friends to encourage them to practice social distancing and practice yoga at home. 3. Use the hashtag #YogicDistancing in your caption and make sure the video is set to Public so I can see it. 4. Deadline of entries is at 12:00 NN on April 3. We will announce the winner at 7:00 PM that same day. GRAND PRIZE: 3 days, 2 nights yoga retreat with Leona’s YTT group in July (or when this COVID pandemic is over)!
