For Beginners...

Mindful Self-love and Healing – Monday 8:30 AM
This 75 minute class is an introduction to mindful movement, breathing exercises and meditation. The holistic nature of this experience is rooted on opening the heart for self-love and acceptance.

Introduction to Hypopressive Exercises – Tuesday 7:00 AM
Hypopressive Exercises are a type of workout technique meant for activating the involuntary fibers within your pelvic floor. They also work the abdominal muscles that function as your body’s self-girdle and bra (abdominal oblique and transverse).

Ashtanga Yoga Basics – Wednesday 7:30 AM
Ashtanga yoga is one system of Hatha yoga that synchronizes breath and movement in a flowing sequence of asanas (postures). When practiced regularly, it can help to develop strength, flexibility, stamina, and focus.

For Non-beginners...

Power Vinyasa – Tuesday 10:00 AM
Vinyasa meaning, “flow” or “to move without resistance,” incorporates interval and cross-training exercises to challenge both the aerobic and anaerobic systems of the body. As your body adapts, it is important to vary the types, intensity and duration of the exercises. 

Mindful Yin – Wednesday 6:00 PM
Yin yoga targets your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. It’s slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body.

Manifesting Strength & Grace – Wednesday 8:30 AM

Strong movements synchronized with breath, designed to stoke the inner fire, and prepare the self for all possibilities. Beyond the physical challenges of this practice is the cultivation of an inner stillness where strength and grace can manifest.
