This in-person 300-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training is for yoga teachers who wish to further develop their skills in sharing the gift of yoga. Our comprehensive curriculum covers all the necessary topics to allow yoga teachers to teach Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga (Yang Yoga), and Yoga Nidra in an accessible, adaptive, and trauma-informed manner.
Only graduates of 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training from Yoga Alliance registered institutions may join this training.

Lead Teacher Trainer & Founder of Bodhi Yoga Center
Leona has dedicated herself to the practice of yoga for the past decade. She started her yoga practice in the Ashtanga tradition and gradually explored the practices of Vinyasa, Yin, Pranayama and Meditation. Her practice and teaching style has evolved from a heavily physical experience to a more mindfulness-based curation of fluid and biomechanically-safe movements, breathing exercises, and meditative expression. Leona spent a good number of her 20’s exploring holistic health and healing through yoga.
Leona founded Bodhi Yoga Center in 2015 as a means of spreading the practice of self-awareness in her hometown of General Santos City, Mindanao.
Leona has been leading yoga teacher training courses since 2017 and has over 4,500 hours of teaching experience.
